Here are some screen shots.
Absolutely gorgeous.
The square system is gone and hexes are in.  The terrain does look a lot better with this system.
Other things, unit stacking is gone so you won't have annoying death stacks roaming around making things absolutely impossible for a defending force, so more tactics and less Chinese style human waves.
Can't wait for it to come out.
Definitely going to get one.
