It is our goal to create one site where everybody can find and share info about armed conflicts and other historical events from the past and the present. Who did what? Why? How? Are wars necessary? Do wars express what human nature is like? Do we profit from them, and then how? Can we improve, professionally as soldiers, as race or as species?

Apart from this "on-topic" stuff we also share/discuss more personal and relaxed stuff (see our NCO Club´s "off-topic" discussions after clicking on "Forum"): There's not many limits to what we want to discuss, the "How" has the same importance as the "Why", and any sensible input is much welcome...

We invite you to work on our dream together with us, we actually can use every help we can get for our project (click on the "Forum" button above to see what we have already, or where to post your insights): If you have any information to share, be it about a certain time period, OOB's, Armies, Battles, Equipment or anything else you are gladly invited to register and share this information with us. Or, you have an opinion to share, apart from the plain facts? You´re most welcome to do so also (but keep it civil please).

Londons terrorattack yesterday was a shamefull, sickening and cowardly act of violence. Lets hope this wont happen again, I also hope that people in Europe and the UK stay calm and dont attack holy islamic sites or people in response. If we do we give them another excuse.... Just moved off the farm into a new house, this took 4 weeks, not much time either and now have to speed up on all stuff delayed. First thingy today: Summertime installed on all websites I work, here also

If you have time look at the pictures associated with the Japanese armor markings. There are some very interesting pictures of their armored vehicles. Not all of them tanks.

Ah yes, but I mean there is a small difference according to the law.
Maxima will be queen, but Claus who was married to Beatrix wasnt allowed to be named King, his title was prins.

Beatrix will step down on april 30 after 33 years.
A remarkable woman, always in touch with the people, commited, warm and very friendly.

The queen of the Netherlands, HM Beatrix will give a speech from the throne at 19.00 hour our time.
Sources from the palace claim she will announce her abdication. Her succesor to the throne is her oldest son Willem Alexander.
