New Feature: Glow Drop Down Color Menu

Installed a drop-down menu for glow colors (and deleted the old glow symbol).

This allows you to set "Glow" style by simply selecting "Glow Color"

NOTE: This works perfectly in following modes:

- When posting a new post/topic
- When modifying a post
- When replying (via the "Reply" button)

It does NOT WORK in the Quick Reply Box

I have spent several hours trying to get it to work in the Quick Reply Box (in the part I modified to enhance it with smileys etc), but despite displaying the menu I cannot get it to actually make the text glow. As this is not a high priority and I cannot see that I will find the cause if not searching in detail several hours more I have ceased to try further to make it functional there also (and won´t try again, Quick Reply may be lower feature holding than Normal Reply w/o disrupting interface logic or intuitivity).

So, if you know before that you will need a lot of different colored glows in a reply, use the "Reply" button instead of going to Quick Reply.
