New Feature: Country of Origin Flag

New Feature:

Implemented a code that will display a flag of the country of origin for each user under his Avatar in posts. Moving your mouse pointer over that flag will additionally display the name of the country the flag represents.

In order to get this to work, users are forced at registration to select a country of origin (already registered users will be forced to select next time they change their profile). Location and Country of Origin are two distinct parameters.

Works for almost all nations, just the new flags I added I cannot yet get to work (Antarctica, Africa, South America, Planet Earth), but this is not a code problem but rather a graphic format problem which I will solve tonight.

ALL: Please select your country of origin  in your profile at your earliest convinience (it is in Forum Profile Information, below your birthday)
