The last thing you would need for some sort of covert ops in Texas is a SUBMERSIBLE airplane. Rollende ogen

Without wanting to give away too much, the mentioned water craft used by the target should give you a hint about the terrain those brave heroes will encounter... Grijns

(and only because it was related to the article did I not post this to OT where it belongs, mods, feel free to split or move).

A (rather old) comms of the target with yet unknown subjects that INTEL/CI was able to intercept proves w/o doubt that the craft might come in handy in the operation:
