Welcome to War and Tactics!    War and Tactics Forum is currently undergoing some modifications that might disable features you are used to. This is unabvoidable as we have to update the forum engine to a new structure that is incompatible with many of the features we had used so far. The good news: WaT will be more secure and stable, and most of the features we uninstalled will be a natural part of the new structure anyway. For the rest we will be looking for solutions. It is one year now, and I have never missed anyone  that much whom I only and exclusively knew via the net.

His family wrote this:
Quote
Donald Mathews Moore, 62, passed away June 5, 2009, in Prescott, Ariz., after being diagnosed with ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease) a year and a half ago. He was born on Aug. 12, 1946, in Covina, Calif.

Don was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was often referred to as a human encyclopedia because he was knowledgeable about many things.

Donald and his wife shared 40 years together before his passing.

He is survived by his wife, two daughters and a son. Another son preceded him in death.

He was blessed with eight wonderful grandchildren who will dearly miss their papa.

He is also survived by his mother and his six sisters.

My take. in German:

There's nothing more to add.
