That site is pretty hardcore, I dont believe that death is predictable. If it were, we would surely know about it by now and it would long be mandatory for everybody to carry his death date certificate with him at all times like his ID here.
Anyway, sorry for the lady that got blown away with her male team mates, but I feel it is typical US American to start a discussion about women on the frontline for that sad loss: Female soldiers are soldiers like their male counterparts, and I find it arkward to make a difference for sex here (not talking the role associated mission differences here, just the plain gender difference).
