Welcome to War and Tactics!    War and Tactics Forum is currently undergoing some modifications that might disable features you are used to. Another old school classic favorite of mine.
Fleet Command is a RTS with regards to the Navy.  It's somewhat dated and some of the scenarios are ridiculous but still a good simulator nonetheless!
Has anyone else played it?
