I have bought this movie on DVD, I saw it first on big screen in the cinema.
Its an action packed warmovie in the tradition of war of the world, Independence day and so on.
If you like dialoques, romance , artistic shooting/camerawork and more of that soft stuff, this isnt a movie for you Knipoog
The movie deals about a marine staffsergeant and his unit, everybody has his/her own problems and on top of that they have to fight undefeatable aliens in the streets of LA.
A lot of cliches in the movie and the aliens are not so originally made if you ask me, but who cares.... the action scenes are great.
Worth a watch!

Reviews are bad everywhere, but who cares.
Your not going to see a lovestory Knipoog

Here was a guy complaining about the dialogues between the marines, he couldnt figure out what they were talking about ( jargon)
Well to bad, its a chips and beer, lean back in the chair action movie.
If you replace the aliens with Afghans it could have been named a warmovie but I wouldnt call it that way its more like independence day or war of the world style movie.
