Fascinating presentation by Greg Liedtke, lecturer, Royal Military College-Canada, to the 2008 Conference of Defence Associations Institute (CDAI) Graduate Student Symposium.  This well argued abstract challenges much conventional wisdom regarding the capabilities of the Wehrmacht subsequent to Operation Citadel.  Although published in the July 2008 edition of the Journal for Slavic Military Studies, the abstract is accessible from the CDAI web site at:

Well worth discussing for all serious students of the titanic conflict between the Wehrmacht and the Red Army.  Might be worth archiving while it is currently available from CDAI.
