Welcome to War and Tactics!    War and Tactics Forum is currently undergoing some modifications that might disable features you are used to. This is unabvoidable as we have to update the forum engine to a new structure that is incompatible with many of the features we had used so far. The good news: WaT will be more secure and stable, and most of the features we uninstalled will be a natural part of the new structure anyway. For the rest we will be looking for solutions. Obergruppenfuehrer Sepp Dietrich, Adolf Hitler and Reichsfuehrer SS Himmler on a c1940 real photo postcard.

The back of this postcard is as interesting as the front.  The message reads: "Amsterdam Aug[ust] 27   Dear David, We got out of Germany in a hurry the day before the border was closed and are waiting this crisis out in Holland.  Maggie and Gerbert Richter were with us having motored from Rapallo. They are now in Copenhagen.  Regards, AMS"

I think you are right about it being Ferdinand Porsche although the picture is of the VK 36.01 Fahrgestall taken during  Albert Speer's Wild Ride at the Maybach testing area, Germany 1940-1941. (or so I am told).

Comparing the photo of Porsche and Hitler against the one already posted they do look rather similar...
