Ok I guess I can take a shot:

It is an Italian BREDA Autocannone 90/53 model 41
Gun - 90/53
Vehicle -  Breda 41 6X4-duel axle

Doing a little more study I think I am slightly off, I am still certain it is the 90/53 gun but it is on the Breda model 52 Chassis as seen in this picture...



The 51 was slightly different...
