In a reaction to the Turkish request to NATO to send Patriots the Dutch government decided to come to help.
2 Patriot batteries with 4 launchers each will be send to Turkey together with hundreds of troops.
Allready pathfinders are in the area in wait of the troops.
The unit will be iner NATO command , not under Turkish command.
It will not be used to  enforce a no fly zone but only in defense of Turkish airspace.
Of all political parties only the PVV did not agree to send the troops.

Money Koen, we have no money and increasing pressure from the Russians.

And the situation is turning worse after Obamas warning about chemical attacks.
The Russians arent to happy with that, they werent so pleased with the Patriots either.
The total costs for this operation are estimated at 42 million, just imagine we have to cut another 600 million on our defense budget.
Maybe a full scale war and the end of the world as we know it in a few weeks...but hey than its 21st december  whistle whistle
