Welcome to War and Tactics!    War and Tactics Forum is currently undergoing some modifications that might disable features you are used to. This is unabvoidable as we have to update the forum engine to a new structure that is incompatible with many of the features we had used so far. The good news: WaT will be more secure and stable, and most of the features we uninstalled will be a natural part of the new structure anyway. For the rest we will be looking for solutions. Can anyone tell me to which US SF unit this guy belongs?
Check the unitmarkings on his arm.

I dont have an answer to your question, however, his American flag patch is displayed improperly as the field of stars should be upper left.

I think the picture has been flipped horizontally and should look like the attachment - click to enlarge - of this here post (another indicator is the weapon in the left hand in the original, while not impossible rather improbable).

Maybe this helps (as the patch also was flipped)?

Flipping the pic makes it appear correct. If he is US Army, the patch on his right arm indicates a unit he served with, while in combat zone. One would need to see the patch on his left arm to see his current unit (though it could be the same unit). If he was US Navy or Marine, there would be no unit patch on right arm, more likely to see the US Flag patch there than on chest.
