Welcome to War and Tactics!    War and Tactics Forum is currently undergoing some modifications that might disable features you are used to. This is unabvoidable as we have to update the forum engine to a new structure that is incompatible with many of the features we had used so far. The good news: WaT will be more secure and stable, and most of the features we uninstalled will be a natural part of the new structure anyway. For the rest we will be looking for solutions. FT-17 tank on real photo postcard.  This type was used in WWI and WWII although this particular image is on a Czech postcard with a message dated May 1934 and, I assume, in Czech service.  Unless it broke down in the next 5 years, it very well may have seen service in WWII (they were also used in the Spanish Civil War--and up to 1944, when the Germans used them in Paris against the Resistance.)
the 'FT' is the designation for Renault manufacture; models had only machine guns, 37mm guns and 75mm guns.  this one looks like a 37mm gun mounted.

Just dug out the actual postcard and find that it was mailed and the postmark is from 1934.
