You are being a bit tricky here as there are two answers:
1) The movie and song was "Sink the Bismarck", the original was performed by Jonny Horton
2)  The Blues Brothers from the movie The Blues Brothers which I suspect your version is.

So I will say the performers are The Blues Brothers but the song was not used in either movie.

In the movie "Blues Brothers" it was part of the scene in Bob´s Country Bunker, but later it was decided to not present it (with reason, I think, the final Country Bunker scene is a piece that has inner musical logic with "Rawhide" and "Stand by your man" to finish it, and "Sink the Bismarck" doesnt really fit ino this evolution).

Now, what I am looking for is the orignal *pictures* to the song, plz all keep your eyes open for them, they are bound to be found somewhere someday.
