Postcard image celebrating liberation of the Netherlands, c.1945.  I don't know if this is specific to Holland and other provinces had similar postcards published or not.

Holland is often used instead of The Netherlands Smiley

Holland free again

'Duitschland' is the old style Dutch was written

the 's' was in lots of cases written and spelled as 'sch'

the German now seems to be a 'featherfree' chicken or turkey

very interesting postcard!
