Is it exaggerated or do your guys really are now without a certain mission? Who, according to your estimate, will win the elections, the witdrawers or the stayers?

Actually we have a vice president(PVDA) who believes he can raise votes for the coming elections.
His visions about all kinds of matters changed 100% depending on what day of the week it is,or what the weather brings I guess.
Its not good for the country , its not good for the people.
And worse, its a blow in the face to the Afghan people which we will leave alone, the deaths of 20+ servicemen.. now for nothing, and a disgrace towards the other NATO members.
We will face a major problem with the coming elections.
We have the left wing which may grow bigger that the CDA and we have a populist politician (Wilders).
Both groups will probabaly have to form a government, but they cannot and will not work together
I foresee even bigger problems than.
The country will remain without government for a long time when that happens.

been reading alot about this and the consequences are very widespread...

Holland could get thrown out of the G20 due to disappointing the US
who will lead the operations in Uruzgan?
the US is now looking for other countries to step forward but who will do that? The Dutch were one of the leading partners of the US in Afghanistan next to the British?
will other countries follow the Dutch and step out?
the US is now even looking for partners who are not NATO-members
and more

I don't think that the Dutch vice-president had an idea on the consequences but only looked at the 'national' re-elections soon....

at this moment I'm waiting for the Dutch example to be qouted in the Belgian 'Afghanistan' politics...
