Welcome to War and Tactics!    War and Tactics Forum is currently undergoing some modifications that might disable features you are used to. This is unabvoidable as we have to update the forum engine to a new structure that is incompatible with many of the features we had used so far. The good news: WaT will be more secure and stable, and most of the features we uninstalled will be a natural part of the new structure anyway. For the rest we will be looking for solutions. Actually, you can help if you wish to:

They are lacking comps for DOS attacks on government sites as comp owners are getting raided since today, you could volunteer and let your machine to them (email me if you are interested).

Even if meant totally interest free this is a two-sided coin, though: Foreigners involved might weaken the cause politically while strengthening it physically, so its a tough decision.

The potential downside for yourself straightaway:

You will be in the sights (data lists) of the Iranian government (but, if there are many, you might be able to get away not getting recognized as serious threat in the mass and they wont bother to connect your IP to a physical address)...

I would remind all Americans who wish to participate in assisting the Iranians in their hour of need, you risk giving the regime in power, evidence of American participation in their troubles, which is exactly what they would love to have. I therefore, will stick to praying that they have the strength to hang tough, through the hell that may soon be unleashed on them. And hope there are enough non-americans out there who can carry this torch.

Power to the People.

If by chance this post offends someone, my apologies...just go ahead and make it disappear...
