Laws that threaten you so much that you will go for serious drug dealers blackmailed and unprpeapared will get you killed probably, and in Europe - e.g. in Spain - would be enough to have all the law enforcement involved indicted and mosst probably sentenced for consciously provoking manslaughter...
Last year, a protected, about 1 metre large, "Voltor Negro" fell into my garden, and - bad luck - died right under my only and nice Maria plant...
Came the Guardia Civil (which I had phoned, as the bird was of a protected species and wore a state ring this was my obligation), they took the bird and ignored the plant (maybe they got me in their book, I doubt it, but if so: Fine with me, I don´t deal).
I love to be European and to live here and not there...!
