As I understand it, if they intervene, they stand to lose their job. Never the less, Im not one to stand by and do nothing, one can always find another job. Besides, there is such a thing as filing a citizens complaint, sometimes called a citizens arrest. How does that saying go...for evil to triumph, all good need do is turn away.

Update:

The agency employing these security personnel, is changing their position regarding such situations and their personnel shall now be authorized to intervene under such circumstances. New training and direction to come as it is developed.

Oh yeah, the suspected assaulter in this vid was arrested and has plead innocent at her first court appearance. Cohorts also arrested, no word on their plea in court.
