This was just in my WW2 folder, leaning toward German due to the design of the trigger region and shoulder mount but can't be sure, not even certain of the caliber.

dunno if there are several versions of the panzerbuchse (also a 38?), I found other pictures with minor differences...

but seems that the 38 and 39 are only different inside?

I am pretty sure because of the magazine, there are 2 , attached to both sides of the weapon.
