As a dedicated supporter of the 'Kit Fox Society' (and hopeful member one day) I in fact do protest. I have no reason to do so, except in fulfilling my contrarian duty. Carry on...

Blue Team, FYI.

Welcome two new players:

- BalcanWarrior  and
- Fredrik Scheuer

They have been added to the mailing list so you can bring them up to speed.

BLUE Briefing should be out in 2 hours+ or so...

does the blue team has a reserve?

why? well, frankly, I need a dictionary to read the emails, I haven't got a clue what you military guys are talking about...the abbreviations and military slang makes me dizzy

I'm afraid that when you tak about 15mins/day I'll need 1hr/day and I don't have that time to spend next to my other WaT stuff  :-\

correct me when/if I'm wrong...

Koen, specifically the 15 minutes per day were *after* STARTEX (and even explicitly excluded for the planning phase week).

AFAIK there is only MontyB as reserve for BLUE, and he wants to look at how stuff develops before committing.

If you have a problem understanding stuff, contact you CO or Rattler via the list (might help the others as well, *most* are Newbies), just imagine you would be a sold out there trying to cope and react accordingly...

And, please, re-post the same on the mailing list, this is where it belongs, you guys are a team!

Red needs a backup in case MR explodes! ;)

I will not comment on this in public.

Actually, BLUE needs a player, you are game?

Sorry Rattler, I was too slow.  I know way to much about the Red plan to switch now.

Rattler,

Based on what I have seen, I would be in WAY over my head.  I was a USAF weenie  :para: in the '60s and know absolutely nothing about WP tactics, stratagies, or equipment.  MR knows 10X more than I do and if he can't hack it, I wouldn't have a chance.   >:(

I was hoping to lurk and learn something, then maybe join in a new game down the road.  Let's see if MR can hold on for awhile longer.  He he craps out after a week or so, maybe I will know enough to take over.

No sides have changed AFAIK ("As far as I know")

I thought Rattler said it was easy. ;)

It´s not really complicated if you can read, make a plan and then formulate orders.

For all newbies and especially Koen I have every acronyms translated in the OPORD (Operation Order) at it´s first appearance, like here in this msg, so this should not be a problem.

All participants are doing fairly well.

BLUE Team currently

- Henk (CO = "Commanding Officer")
- Shep
- Fredrick
- Cainal (currently AWOL = "Absent w/o Leave" after a good start)
- MontyB (Lurker)

Panta dropped out because of an issue I can only comment on in the AAR ("After Action Review"), and Koen did not really start.

RED Team currently:

- Christian Blouin (CO)
- EricR4b (a bit AWOL lately after a good start)
- KG AirborneBob
- Mad Russian
- Scott Mortimer
- Ralf Pichocki

Two or three dual lurkers follow the evolution of the game, we are at 0706 now after 0700 STARTEX ("Start of Exercise").
