Welcome to War and Tactics!    War and Tactics Forum is currently undergoing some modifications that might disable features you are used to. This is unabvoidable as we have to update the forum engine to a new structure that is incompatible with many of the features we had used so far. The good news: WaT will be more secure and stable, and most of the features we uninstalled will be a natural part of the new structure anyway. For the rest we will be looking for solutions. Berlin, Divided City.

Check Point Charlie, arguably the most famous border crossing in the world at one time.

This is part of the Berlin Wall and border between East and West Berlin at Sebastianstrasse.

Here are two postmarks with Cold War tie-ins.

This one notes the famous "Iron Curtain" speech given by Winston Churchill in Fulton, Missouri, in which his phrase was first used.  A 'station' can be a small post office, not the main one of a city; these stations are given names, Cold War in this case.

Communism in Russia dies and Merry Christmas!
This cancel would have been especially made for the stamp expostion in Anahiem CA and was not used for general mail.
