you should get a small square when you want to download, in that square you can change the download 'location'

strange, when I click on the attachment in the email I get asked if I:
1/want to open it or 2/ want to save it

I choose 'save it' and then I can choose WHERE to save it

In FF4 you must hit F10 to get the menu, it should be fixed now. Thanks for the help.

I now have twice file '012' once with the usual name and once with 'TEMP' in the name?
I sent TEMP since this was the file with the correct time

That happens if one accidentally renames a PBEM file - the more recent one has "TEMP" added.
